New Biomass Plant Investment in Punjab to Combat Air Pollution

Ganga Acrowools has announced a significant investment of ₹750 crore in Punjab for establishing a new biomass plant. This facility is expected to utilize approximately 120,000 tonnes of paddy stubble annually, processing around 10,000 tonnes each month. The initiative aims to alleviate air pollution in the region by making the surrounding area farm-fire free, contributing to sustainable energy solutions and promoting the use of biomass as a renewable resource in Europe.
