About Polagro
Polagro is your distributor of sustainable biomass in Europe. We import from multiple countries—including Poland—and deliver sunflower husk pellets and other biomass by truck load to industry, heating plants, and power generation. Our two entities, in Poland and in the Netherlands, work together to source, quality-assure, and deliver biomass across Europe.
Who we are
We are a biomass distributor for Europe, sourcing from multiple origins and with a commercial presence in North-West Europe. Our team combines sourcing and logistics from Poland and elsewhere with sales, customer service, and market access from the Netherlands. This allows us to offer reliable supply, transparent pricing, and documentation that meets EU and national requirements for sustainable biomass.
Two entities, one supply chain
Polagro operates through two entities: one in Poland and one in the Netherlands. Together they cover the chain from sourcing and production to sales and delivery across Europe.
Our entity in Poland
Our Polish entity, Primando Sp. z o.o., is based in Częstochowa and handles sourcing, production, and logistics from Poland and the region. We work with local suppliers and producers for sunflower husk pellets and other biomass, and organise storage and truck-load delivery. We also import from other origins for distribution across Europe.
Our entity in the Netherlands
Our Dutch entity serves customers in the Netherlands and across North-West Europe. It handles commercial activities, contracts, and customer support, and works with the Polish side to plan deliveries and documentation. Having a base in the Netherlands allows us to be close to many of our industrial and heating customers and to respond quickly to demand.
