Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners Initiates Major Biogas Project in Spain

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has announced the final investment decision (FID) for the Cobirgy project, a significant biogas plant that will reach an output capacity of 230 GWh. This initiative represents a pivotal advancement in Spain's renewable energy landscape, particularly in the biogas sector, and marks the Advanced Bioenergy Fund I (ABF I) as its inaugural investment within the Spanish market.
