Cepatwawasan Group Sells Stake in Biomass Power Plant

Cepatwawasan Group Bhd has announced the sale of a 40% stake in its biomass power subsidiary, Cash Horse (M) Sdn Bhd, which operates a 12MW facility in Sandakan, Sabah. This transaction, valued at RM31.61 million, reflects the growing interest in biomass energy solutions within the renewable energy sector, particularly in aligning with European sustainability goals.
